"I Am" Aries

“I AM” is the mantra for Aries who is ruled by the warlike planet Mars and is associated with characteristics such as courageousness, boldness, quick temper, aggression. Aries is also associated with the element of fire and related ideas of warmth, enthusiasm, and a sanguine spirit.

The Aries energy is the penetrating force through life that breaks through the darkness to light as a new breath, we come to this life head first therefore the head leads the body. In Aries, this energy is even more enhanced as Aries is known as the birth of consciousness or the initial spark of consciousness. Aries fire is like hay fire, burns quickly just like their impulse, this fire rules their head and the active consciousness. This energy makes them impulsive, jumping headfirst into things but they do have initial success with every decision which pushes them to always jump into the unknown since they know they have the capacity to do well because of this.
